Best Practice Principles has been approved by BOD on Mar. 25,
2011. Supplier Integrity Letter are open to employees for reference.
(3) When engaging in commercial activities, directors, supervisors,
managers, employees shall not directly or indirectly offer,
promise to offer, request or accept any improper benefits, nor
commit unethical acts. |
2. Implement Ethical Management (1) Measurement of ethic records for business stakeholders and requirement of ethical code of conduct in contracts.

(1) We have established compliance awareness and processed credit background review before business connections with customers, suppliers or other stakeholders. (2) C.E.O. Office was approved as the designated unit for ethical management on the BOD meeting of May 10, 2016. (3) A Code of Ethical Conduct is implemented proactively from
the Board of Directors down. |
(4) Effective accounting system, internal control system reviewed by Internal Audit Unit and/or CPA. (5) Arrange internal/external trainings to educate ethical
management. |
(4) By business nature with operational risk, we have paid attention to effective accounting system and internal control system that audited regularly by Internal Audit Unit to report to the BOD with audit report. (5) We have plans for ethical management promotion through

3. Whistleblowing System

(1) A Code of Ethical Conduct is implemented proactively from the Board of Directors down. (2) When employees find any of the Board of Director down has
any violations of Code of Ethical Conduct, any illegal issues,
or any violations of commitment of obligations may provide details
to C.E.O. Office. The whistleblower identity and details provided
will be fully protected. |
