Supplier and Contractor Management

CoAsia Electronics provides components for mobile solutions and foundry service with products of Wafer, CPU, CIS, MCP, TFT-LCD and AMOLED from Samsung Electronics. We serve manufacturers of information and communications technology, consumer electronics with total solution partnership. Samsung Electronics has achieved new product and process development in compliance with EU’s environmental regulations of RoHS¹ and REACH². We provide products with eco-certificates to match customer’s research and development timeline of new products. We also require our suppliers and contractors to provide supplied materials in compliance with RoHS standard. It is further required to submit letter of guarantee, qualified certification company’s report that assure the quality conforming to RoHS and REACH.

CoAsia Electronics has a long partnership with up and down stream suppliers. We work together with trust and resource share to strive supply chain development for innovation. We have established the Supplier Management Regulation with Supplier Code of Conduct Letter of Guarantee. In addition to strictly monitor suppliers’ product quality, price and delivery, we also urge suppliers plan and implement any activities supporting environmental protection, labor health and safety, industrial standard, safety certification, labor and human rights and legal compliance to collaboratively fulfill corporate social responsibility.

CoAsia Electronics requires all suppliers fulfill contractual obligation ethically in line with social responsibility, national and global law and regulations. We may at any time suspend or terminate contracts with suppliers if any violations found against a corporate social responsibility. We reserve the right to take legal actions against any company reputation damages.
