2 . Provide and maintain the required fire prevention and protection equipment in compliance with national fire code. Follow NKSP Building Management Committee to do regular inspections on office fire facilities and functionality. Develop and update evacuation roadmap for employees.

3 . Design annual inspection and maintenance plan for air-conditioning system. Regularly clean, maintain, and change filters for good air quality.

4 . Provide sufficient lighting in each corner of the office to keep a safe and healthy workplace.

5 . Daily office check tour in order to detect office operation and environmental deficiencies in advance and take actions to tackle problems.

6 . Ensure a clean workplace by regular outsource of big cleaning tasks to professional cleaner. Stop dining in office for air quality concern; clean employees trash daily.

7 . Provide healthy drinking water by procurement of sterile water dispenser with periodic filter changes and water quality inspections.

8 . Install office access control and surveillance system; insure public liability insurance; NKSP security guards system around buildings, public areas, offices to ensure employees a promised safe and health workplace.

9 . Office management complies with Act of Gender Equality in Employment and Sexual Harassment Prevention Act.
